- Most items are made to order and will ship within 10-12 weeks. Items in the “Ready to Ship” category will be shipped within 1 week.
- All sales are final. Exchanges are only offered if items are received damaged.
- We recommend using felt pads on the bottom of your ceramics to protect surfaces.
