Dishwasher safe - We recommend using a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air dry cycle and not overloading the dishwasher. Hand washing is recommended for oversized items.

Microwave safe - The temperature of handmade, natural clay items may vary after microwave use. Always use a pot holder or oven mitt when handling the product as the item may get hot or allow the item to cool before removing it from the microwave.

Oven safe - VIETRI's casserole and baking dishes can be used in most conventional ovens and dishwashers. They are handmade of very dense clays and fired at extremely high temperatures, making them heat resistant to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It is important that all terra cotta baking pieces be cured. Italian stoneware collections do not require curing. To cure servers, fully submerge and soak in water for 15 minutes prior to each use. This soaking prepares the dish, reduces cooking time, and prevents the food from sticking. As the Italians do, place baking dishes in a room-temperature oven and then bring the oven to cooking temperature. The handles of these pieces are decorative and should not be used for support. Do not use casserole lids in the oven.

Freezer safe - Items can withstand freezing temperatures, but please allow them to return to room temperature before putting them into the oven.

Veneto is situated in the northeastern corner of Italy. Home to Venice, rivers, lagoons, mountains, hills, and plains, the area is diverse and robust in history. Its close proximity to other countries and cultures has made it a unique region in Italy, and its ceramic production is distinctive and irreplaceable.

The Campagna Mucca Small Oval Tray features a whimsical handpainted cow and is part of our flagship dinnerware colllection from the famed Amalfi Coast.

Sweden's Kingdom of Crystal in the 1950s, creates veils of color inside the glass mass. In combination with the color powder and sticks added during the process, each piece becomes unique. The small blue/blue bowl is just beautiful on its own – or why not filled with fruit? Design by Anna Ehrner.

The petite edition of the iconic Koppel pitcher is given a colourful new life in the Iconic Blue edition of the renowned design. Defined by a smooth matte finish, the pitcher's elegant hue is borrowed from designer Henning Koppel's original sketches, which he would brush with a palette of his favourite colours. Designed to stand on its own or be paired with other editions of the pitcher, the piece respectfully pays homage to Koppel's original 1950s design. The item is not dishwasher safe.

Crafted from lead-free crystal expertly etched with a series of intersecting perpendicular lines, this NUDE O2 wine carafe is simple yet aesthetically pleasing. The gently bulbous body rests atop a wide-bottomed base — softly domed, allowing the light to illuminate the piece from underneath — and crowned with an elegantly slender neck.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 

We recommend washing this product by hand using a soft sponge, brush or by hand. Please avoid using the scourer side of the sponge as it will create scratching on the surface of the glass. After hand washing, let the product dry. Finish cleaning by drying and polishing the product using a soft cloth, preferably microfiber.

Our Lacquered White Tray is finished with 20 coats of high gloss lacquer, hand polished between each coat, this lovely tray is perfect as a small tea for two tray (or of course glass of wine for two!) or alternatively it is a perfect display tray for bathroom, bedside, kitchen or desk.

The base is lined with black velvet featuring our foil blocked logo and beautifully gift boxed.

Crackle and thunder – a magical wonder! At Kosta Boda, we marvel at beautifully preserved cracks in glass. The clear glass bowl from the Crackle collection has an expressive, sculptural exterior created using an old handicraft technique where the hot glass is dipped in ice-cold water. The crackled surface reflects daylight and reveals its stories of fire, earth, and water. Design by Åsa Jungnelius.

The Ocean Collection is entirely handmade in my studio in the Berkshires of Massachusetts.  The collection is made with a stoneware and porcelain blended clay and finished with a gold edge.  The glazing technique is inspired by all the many shades of blue, the seas have to offer.
