The Borealis collection is a ceramic collection that has a crystal glaze, finished with 24k gold or platinum, and is handmade by Michael Wainwright in Massachusetts.

Great for serving cheese, bread, or almost anything.

Each piece can be dramatically different from the next and has its own unique pattern. Borealis was initially marketed as a display surface, but due to overwhelming attention and encouragement Michael recreated them as a collection.  These pieces are food safe and have a durable finish that are safe to cut on.

hand washing is recommended, not for use in a microwave.

Available in Gold with gold handle, White with platinum handle, and frosted blue with frosted blue handle.
