Laura Melissa Jaramillo Rueda sees endless possibilities in ceramic expression. Through her attention to detail, body awareness and hypnotic twist, she experiments with shape, texture, spatiality and volume to create unique works of art.
Laura’s work explores the utilitarian, the symbolic and the decorative, resulting in pieces that leave the viewer free to interpret their use, purpose and symbolism, while appreciating their intricate detailing and composition.
In 2021 Laura was invited to present her work at Milan Design Week’s prestigious 1000 Vases.
