Studio Christofle reinterprets the Surtout, with independent pieces that are assembled to form a centerpiece. The Surtout is the most solemn piece that sits on the table. Assemble the semi-circular tray with the square tray and use them to display serving items such as salt shakers, spice boxes, oil dishes, vinegar dishes and sugar bowls, items that remained on the table throughout the meal.
