The Butterfly Ginkgo Collection celebrates the representation of flora as fauna. Michael's fascination with a particular type of ginkgo tree , the Ginkgo Biloba, or "Butterfly Ginkgo", which grows with a double leaf reminiscent of a butterfly's wings, gave rise to a fantasia image of the plant. Executed at the highest level of handcraftsmanship, each piece is rendered in solid brass with hand etched cocoon-shaped vessels. The pieces in the collection are a tour de force of the handcrafted process, capturing the poetic spirit that is so deeply indicative of Michael's work.

"The first time I saw this tree, it literally looked like it had been completely overtaken by butterflies... as if they would all take flight the moment I walked too close or made a noise. The idea that the leaves could evoke the beauty of butterflies was magical to me, like trees that can metamorphose from flora to fauna in the blink of an eye."

This is truly artistry with a purpose: to honor the ancient Passover Seder in modern style.

For this contemporary bag, we created an elegant look using a laser cut technique to write the hebrew words in a modern font "Pesach", "Matzah" and "Maror" repeated all across the lid of the bag, to have the three most important words that need to be discussed in Passover present at the table.

Letherette fabric is laser-cut and placed on top of translucent tulle. The tulle fabric envelope acts as optical illusion that plays with depth and light to truly honor the ancient ritual.

Our latest Passover collection adds vibrance and modern sophistication to the holiday table. This collection also makes a meaningful gift for a wedding, new home, or festive occasion.

• Pattern Design: "Pesach", "Matzah" and" Maror" Type Hebrew Letters.
• Material: Champagne, Silver & White: Leatherette topped with tulle (92% nylon, 8% elastane).
• Measurements: 9.5'' * 7.5''.
• Packaging: Each Afikoman Bag comes packaged in a plastic pouch with a button closure. Specially made for storing the Afikoman bag, the pouch prevents the cover from wrinkling and protects it from dust and other potentially damaging things nearby. Beyond providing great storage, each pouch makes the challah cover a great gift for any Jewish occasion.

eneral Tips and Information

Here are a few general tips to preserve the longevity of your Garnier-Thiebaut linens:

- Always refer to the care instructions symbols on the product label.

- In case of stains, the key is to act quickly. The longer you wait, the harder it will get to make the stain disappear.

- Do not overload the washer/dryer machine and unfold linens before placing them in the washer/dryer.

- Do not wash dark colors with light colors. Laundry detergents containing bleach might alter the color of your linens.

- Natural fibers such as cotton and linen will always shrink to some extent. Be sure to allow for shrinkage.

- Avoid mixing natural fibers and synthetic fibers in the same laundry load.

- Never iron a stain.

-To avoid creases, pull linens off the tumble dryer before they dry completely and fold them (or iron if necessary). Filling your dryer only half way also helps prevent wrinkles. Never over-dry your linens.

- Keep your linens in a dark, cool and dry area.
