Enflamado is a Guadalajara based design initiative by Juan Pablo Ochoa. Juan’s focus, as a designer, is on object and light dichotomy. Comforted by lighting and artisanal craftsmanship, Juan draws on this inspiration to create lighting that evokes a safe and relaxing space.
Through sinuous lines and anthropomorphic figures, identity and movement are explored in Enflamado’s 1st Collection (Curva, Compass, Silhouette).
Rough Petals explores masculinity through floral figures and the flower as a disruptor of masculine identities.
Pedrita explores the possibilities of acrylic and pays homages to the sculptures throughout Mexico’s public spaces.
